I like to serve this steak over mashed potatoes. You could make some white rice as well (super easy to make in the Crockpot as well) or you could serve it as is with baked potatoes, fries, salad, veggies, and more. There's nothing that doesn't pair well with a delicious serving of this slow cooker steak!
You can easily make this in advance and then reheat throughout the week. If you need a simple recipe that the whole family will devour for leftover, this is a must try!

You will need between 2 and 3 pounds of top sirloin or London broil sliced thin. 2 pounds will serve 4-6 people and 3 pounds will serve 6-8 so you can plan accordingly!
You will also need Au Jus seasoning packets, ranch seasoning, and water! That's all we need to make this recipe. You'll also need anything you want to make alongside this tasty steak.

I use a liner whenever I'm making anything that might get stuck on. It makes cleanup a breeze and keeps everything easy to remove! You'll need a good metal serving spoon to get this recipe served up pretty and easily.
When it comes to Crockpots I have MANY…it's an obsession of mine, I'm not too proud to admit. I like to have options when it comes to sizes. A nice 6 quart is useful for all kinds of recipes. You can also use a 4 quart for many recipes and these Little Dipper crockpots are perfect for dessert, fondue, and more!
